PureAgent Requirements

PureAgent is a Java application and should run on any platform that supports Java, Standard Edition (J2SE) 5.0 or higher.

Platforms

We have tested Pureagent on the following platforms:

Windows XP, Windows Vista
Linux x86
Solaris
Mac OS X 10.5

(Customers have reported successful use on other platforms even though we haven't verified it).

Browser

PureAgent uses standard HTML and works with any modern browser.

Disk space

20 MB free hard disk space for PureAgent and additional space for Java (if not already installed).

Memory

64 MB or more. PureAgent uses approximately 16 MB of RAM at startup. During execution the memory requirement increases, depending on the tasks used, number of activities etc. Start up size also depends on the running activities since PureAgent maintains a cache of results.
